Meet Mr. Bluestein
Mr. Bluestein began practicing law in 1993 in Cincinnati, Ohio with one of the oldest law firms in the area. In 1995 he left that firm to open a boutique practice where he could focus on litigation and business matters. He spent several years developing his law practice and his skills in these areas before deciding to relocate to Colorado when his wife, a surgeon, completed her training.
Mr. Bluestein’s impetus for focusing his legal practice on the needs of health care professionals began when his wife was still in residency. As a lawyer in private practice he understood that, like any business, health care practices are vulnerable to day-to-day challenges and unforeseen legal difficulties that can only be effectively addressed with the help of an experienced attorney.
Unlike other businesses, however, medical, dental, chiropractic and other health care practices are governed by state and federal health care laws, regulations and professional board rules that are often confusing to even the most seasoned health care provider.
